Terms of purchase

These terms govern the ordering, payment, delivery and complaint procedure for the services offered on this website (pianova-academy.com). The Merchant is MUZIČKI CENTAR „PIANOVA" Mirko Đurić s.p. Doboj, Nikole Tesle 6, 74000 Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID number 4512985510003.

What can be purchased

Individual lessons and lesson packages with Pianova tutors, masterclass fees and competition entry fees. All services are paid as a single, one-time payment in advance. No recurring billing is performed and card details are not stored for future payments.

Currency conversion statement

All payments on this website are processed in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM). If your payment card is issued in another currency, the amount charged to your account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card association (Mastercard®/Visa) valid on the day of the transaction, which may cause a slight difference from the price displayed on this website.

Prices

Prices on this website are displayed in euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes and charges; no additional processing or card payment fees are applied. The payment is charged in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM) at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM, so the amount in marks is the amount debited from your card; that amount is also shown before you confirm the purchase.

Payment and security

Payments are made by Visa, Mastercard® or Maestro® cards through the secure Monri WebPay page (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Card details are entered in fields that Monri displays inside the purchase window; they are held by Monri, are never available to the Merchant and are not stored by the Merchant.

Delivery of the service

A confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful payment. Lesson times are agreed with the tutor, normally within 3 business days. Lessons take place at Pianova Academy, Nikole Tesle 6, Doboj, or online by arrangement. For masterclasses and competitions, the schedule and details are sent at the latest 7 days before the event.

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

A lesson time is booked at least 24 hours in advance, so that the tutor can confirm it. For an earlier time, write to info@pianova-academy.com. A scheduled lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at the latest 24 hours before its start; later cancellations or no-shows are treated as a held lesson. A paid package is valid for 6 months from the date of payment. If the customer withdraws before the lessons start, the full amount is refunded; if the lessons have already started, the unused lessons are refunded. Masterclass and competition fees are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline stated with the event, except if the organiser cancels the event entirely, in which case the full amount is refunded or transferred to a new date at the customer's choice. Refunds are issued exclusively to the same payment card, within 14 days of the request being accepted.
