Born in 1994 in the city of Concepción, Chile, she began violin lessons at the Concepción Art
Institute with Professor Dina Mary at the age of 9. In 2008, she joined the “Conservatorio de
Música Laurencia Contreras” under the tutelage of Dr. Alejandra Urrutia, during which time she
won several national violin competitions, such as “Jóvenes Talentos” in 2007 and 2009,
performing as a soloist with the “Orquesta Sinfónica de Concepción.” She also achieved 3rd and
4th place in the national violin competition “Fundación de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles (FOJI)”
in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, she was awarded the FOJI scholarship for young musicians from
2008 to 2012, gaining extensive orchestral experience and traveling throughout Chile for concerts.
From 2013 to 2022, she further refined her skills with Maestro Dorian Lamotte and Emmanuele
Baldini (concertmaster of OSESP – São Paulo Symphony Orchestra). At the same time, she was
a guest violinist with the University of Concepción Symphony Orchestra, the Valdivia Chamber
Orchestra, the Los RÃos Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Antofagasta Symphony Orchestra. She
has taken lessons with Freddy Varela, James Buswell, Marc Danel, Carmelo De los Santos, and
Giacomo Scarponi in differents courses and festivals in Chile, Brazil, and Italy.
In her continuous search for growth, in November 2022, she moved to Italy to study with Maestro
Davide Alogna at the Luca Marenzio Conservatory of Music in Brescia. Meanwhile, she won the
concertmaster position for the 2022/23 season with the academy Apulian Youth Symphony
Orchestra (AYSO) in Bari. All programs were guided by nationally and internationally renowned
maestros from the Accademia Santa Cecilia, Teatro Regio di Torino, Rotterdam Philharmonic,
Orchestra della Scala, and the Royal Academy. In July 2023, AYSO won first place at the Summa
Cum Laude Youth Music Festival in Vienna, during a demanding tour in Austria and the Czech
Republic, performing at venues such as Smetana Hall, Esterházy Palace, and the Musikverein.
Currently, she is in her final year of studies at the Conservatory of Como, Italy.
It is important to highlight that her passion for the violin has not been her only motivation in life.
She has also been deeply interested in the functioning of the human mind, particularly in
musicians. In 2018, she earned a degree in Psychology and specialized in music psychology at
the “Universidad de Educación a Distancia” of Spain.
